USE CASES

MODEL BASIS

Top 20% of ranked rows are Fast pick, the next 30% Forward pick, and the rest Reserve review.
Each CSV row is one unique slotting decision.
Picks per day is representative of the planning period.

SHIFT QUESTIONS

Is the zone recommendation automatic slotting?

No. It is a ranked worksheet and review prompt, not a facility-aware optimization.

How is velocity ranked?

Rows are sorted from highest to lowest picks per day, with original order breaking ties.

Why include cube and weight?

They create visible handling flags so a fast item is not moved into an unsuitable pick face without review.
