Built for real planning work

  • Turn an ABC list into a daily count queue
  • Spread a backlog across available count capacity
  • Give supervisors a date-based count worksheet

Assumptions

  • A items target 30 days, B items 90 days, and C items 180 days between counts.
  • Never-counted items are treated as most overdue within their class.
  • All rows consume one count slot regardless of location or complexity.

Frequently asked questions

How are items prioritized?

By overdue days against the class interval, then class and SKU. Never-counted items receive highest due priority.

Can I exclude weekends?

Yes. Choose weekdays explicitly before generating the schedule.

Does the tool update my WMS?

No. It creates a local preview and downloadable CSV only.
